1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Relio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the application.

2. Description of the Service

Relio is a personal contact-management application that provides the following functionality:

• Local storage of contacts on the user’s device
• Voice input
• AI-based transcription and text recognition
• Tagging and categorization
• Search
• Export and import of data
• Optional paid subscriptions (monthly, annual)

The application does not require account creation.

All core data is stored locally on the user’s device and is not synced across devices.

3. AI Processing

Relio uses AI technologies to process voice recordings and generate text-based insights.

• Audio and text are processed via a server acting as an intermediary between the mobile app and the AI model.
• The server does not store user content (audio, text, contacts).
• Only optional user-submitted feedback may be stored on the server.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. The user acknowledges that AI suggestions, analyses, or text recognition can be imperfect and should not be considered professional advice.

4. Data Storage and Security

Contact data, notes, audio recordings, tags, and other personal information are stored locally on the device.

Developer does not have access to user data and cannot recover lost data.

Users are responsible for creating backups using the export functionality provided in the app.

Developer is not liable for any data loss resulting from device malfunction, deletion, or app reinstallation.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Relio offers paid subscriptions:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription

All billing and payment processing are handled exclusively by Apple via the App Store.

Refunds: Refund requests are managed by Apple according to App Store policies (“Refunds handled by Apple”).

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Relio for:

• Illegal activities
• Storing or distributing harmful or prohibited content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the application
• Misrepresenting the accuracy of AI-generated information

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information produced by the application.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Developer is not responsible for inaccuracies produced by AI processing.
• Developer is not responsible for loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to data stored on the device.
• Relio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Developer is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

8. Modifications to the Service

Developer may update, modify, or discontinue features of Relio at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

Developer may terminate access to Relio in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the application at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer is resident.
